PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy will help you understand how Paramount Executive Centre uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit paramountexecutive.ca.
Data Collection: Names, Business names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and any other information you chose to provide about the nature of your business may be collected from potential new Tenants from the Contact Us form or by phone or direct email.
Data Usage: The above data is solely for the purpose of offering information about the services of Paramount Executive Centre. SMS opt-in consent, phone numbers, for the purpose of SMS or email addresses are not being shared with any third parties under any circumstances. You can request that we delete any of this information at any time by phone, SMS, email or in person. We do not send out mass marketing via SMS.
Data Protection: Paper copies of contact forms are under the supervision of the receptionist and office manager and stored in a locked drawer after hours. Digital copies are saved on the company computers, managed by a technology support company. Computer access is only by individual secure login. Each device is protected by Sophos Endpoint. Digital backups are performed daily.
User Rights: You can request that we delete any information collected at any point in time.
Opt-In: You can opt in by filling out a contact form with the consent box checked.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.

Document handling for Tenants of Paramount Executive Centre – Any documents or information dropped off, mailed or sent by courier, to 300-848 Courtney Street addressed to a company who is a tenant of Paramount Executive Centre are handled with utmost care. Documents received are stamped with a received date, then delivered to the office of the tenant or in the case of a virtual tenant, placed in the company folder for the tenant. These folders are located in a file drawer behind the desk at reception. A notification is sent the same day to the Tenant. We cannot take responsibility for any items left which do not fit inside a lockable file drawer. This file drawer is supervised by our receptionist and office manager and securely locked after hours. Digital scans are only taken if specifically instructed by the Tenant and are directly emailed to the Tenant. Originals are either shredded or held in the secure filing for Tenant pick up. Paramount Executive Centre does not offer any permanent file storage. Non-disclosure agreements are in place for anyone handling these documents.

SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Phone numbers and emails collected by way of the Contact us form are used solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding services provided by Paramount Executive Centre. You can request that we delete your phone and email at any point in time.
Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Paramount Executive Centre you may receive text messages related to rental inquiries.
Example: “Would you like to come for a tour of the Paramount Executive Centre offices?” Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 3 personalized messages per week related to inquiries about services offered by Paramount Executive Centre or office tours. We do not send out mass marketing via SMS. We do not use automated SMS for appointment reminders.
